Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Sleepwear must be unworn except for a brief fit check, unwashed, free from fragrance or marks, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items showing wear may not be eligible unless defective.

Email service@lunveral.com before returning anything. Include your order number and photos when reporting damage or an incorrect item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
